Manifesting is a popular topic, but in reality how many people have risen above the day to day stresses of life to manifest the life of their dreams? To really understand how to manifest we really have to understand consciousness and how it works.
The more conscious we are the more we are able to create the life that we want. Consciousness really refers to our awareness. Our awareness is often an under utilised and misdirected tool that we all have at our disposal. Generally the more expanded, open and greater our awareness the happier we are. For example when we take in a big view at the top of a mountain, we are in an open and aware state. When we walk into a room and can sense everything that is going on we are in an open and an aware state. Our awareness can be big and broad or we can use it to narrow down on thing and focus at will.
Focussing in on things can again be a very powerful tool when we are using our awareness to focus on the things that are important to us such as planning our budget or putting a list together. Its when we use all that focussed, concentrated powerful awareness to obsess about problems that we may have that it can become a problem. This is because that we are then unconsciously creating a life based on our problems.
Instead we need to discipline our mind (meditation can be a wonderful tool here) to focus on the things we do want to create in our life. This applies to our desires and dreams but also to our feelings too. This is because how we feel often creates our experiences. For example if we are feeling undervalued we tend to hone in on everything that happens externally that makes us feel undervalued and then if reinforces the feeling, creating a vicious cycle. To break the cycle validate and feel the feeling (for example, undervalued) strongly for a few moments, as this will help it to flow, rather than getting stuck in our energetic system.
Then refocus to how we would like to feel: valued and appreciated, for example. Allowing our mind to vividly imagine ourselves feeling valued and appreciated, should feel really good and life affirming. This is because our spirit wants us to feel happy and whole so feeling good validates we are on the right path.
Everything begins with a thought that manifests as a feeling. We don’t worry about how we are exactly going to be valued, as once we are consciously managing our energy system the universe will take care of the details.
To get the best results, focus on what you want formally for at least 5 minutes everyday. Then throughout the day if you catch your mind straying to thoughts that make you feel fearful, worried or stressed, change them to ones that allow you to feel relaxed and a ease.
The power of conscious awareness is a powerful tool in manifesting the life our dreams.
